As the actual head of the Collegium Patrum of the Cultus Mithrae, according to Lex Vittelia: Granting of additional privileges to religious collegia to appoint sacerdotes, I petition the Comitia Curiata for the granting the status of the sacerdotes (reacognize them) of for the persons named below:

Titus Flavius Severus
Marcus Flavius Celsus
Marcus Valerius Corvus

These individuals have the status of the clergyman and are recognized as such by our religious community (Cultus Mithrae) and our Bylaws.

These persons fully comply with the Lex Vittelia: Granting of additional privileges to religious collegia to appoint sacerdotes.

In accordance with Lex Vitellia, it is understood as implied the consent of the Comitia Curiata at the time of creation and acceptance of the Collegium by the Aediles (officers working under the Comitia Curiata). That being said I am glad to inform it to you in an official capacity that your position as priests is recognized by the Roman Republic officially.
