What are the requirements and responsibilities? Ive visited over 150 archeological sites and museums with notable Roman items (most recently returning on Tuesday from Cyprus) and would be glad to assist others with planning trips although I am not a tax payer.

These are the detailed requirements from the government of the organization standpoint.

Overall, each Collegium needs two co-leaders. Each leader needs to be a citizen in good standing. The citizen is to be elected by members of the Collegium. Beyond that, there are no strict requirements beyond your enthusiasm.
