I was elected and acted as Сonsul maior during 2018.

Listed below is what, in accordance with the Lex Curatorum: On the Consul, was part of my responsibilities and how I performed my responsibilities:

I. Responsible for organizing the festival Feriae Latinae

In the absence of my colleague, the date of the festival was not determined, in addition, in the prescribed manner, funds were not provided for the realization projects, including the specified responsibility - organizing the festival Feriae Latinae. In view of this, that is, for an objective independent of me, it was not possible to organize this holiday.

II. Must organize the Comitia Centuriata and Comitia Tributa to elect censores, consuls, praetors, curule aediles and quaestors for the year after their term expires.

Elections of the [i]censores, consuls, praetors, curule aediles and quaestors in ordinary order were not held in 2018, so there was no need for the convening of the Comitia Centuriata and Comitia Tributa for these elections.[/i]

III. Can summon the senate, introduce items to the senate, set senate agenda, and chair senate in accordance to the bylaws.

This is a right, a potential opportunity, not an obligation (responsibility). In 2018, the summon of the Senate was carried out by Praetor Alba, so there was no need for me to exercise this right specifically.

IV. Can summon the following assemblies and propose items before these assebilies.

This is a right, a potential opportunity, not an obligation (responsibility). In 2018 there was no need to summon those assemblies, thus, there was no need to exercise this rights.

V. Is to be the primary representative of the res publica government to the board of directors of the Roman Republic.

I carried out this function properly, including in collaboration with the Lictor Curiatus Magister Curio, the only remaining Lictor Curiatus Magister in 2018.

VI. Is to be the primary representative of the res publica government to the Collegium Pontificum and Collegium Augurum.

The Collegium Pontificum and Collegium Augurum were not formed, so it was not possible to realize this responsibility.

VII. Is the only magistrate which may propose legislation pertaining to denarii payed for tax and the creation of new denarii.

This is a right, a potential opportunity, not an obligation (responsibility). In 2018 there was no need to propose such legislation.

VIII. Holds imperium

This is not an responsibility, but a statement of an element of legal status.

IX. May wear the toga praetexta for life at official ceremonial events.

This is not an responsibility, it is a right.

X. While in office is entitled to a curule chair at official ceremonial events.

This is not an responsibility, it is a right.

XI. A consul may veto the actions of their colleague and any of these junior ranked elected
magistrates in accordance to the bylaws.

There was no such need during 2018.

XII. A consul may veto the actions of any appointed (unelected) magistrate (officer).

There was no such need during 2018.

As you can see, I exemplarily fulfilled the responsibilities assigned to me, in strict accordance with the lex governing the activities of my magistratura. In this regard, I ask the Senate or other competent persons to consider my report and provide me with what is due, because, according to the Lex Curatorum: On the Consul, I have fulfilled my responsibilities in full, i.e. «met expectations».
