I, Tiberia Salvia Alba, the Praetor of the Roman Republic, and the secretary of the Provincial Council of Sarmatia Magna, on behalf of the Honorable Council, am authorized to report:
Despite the unshakable position of the Provincial Council of Sarmatia Magna aimed at upholding the rights and legitimate interests of our fellow citizens, the Provincial Council, taking into account the deplorable situation in the Roman Republic, striving to pay tribute to our outstanding compatriot - Titus Flavius Severus, who celebrates his Birthday, and does not forget about his duty as a Roman citizen, senator and magistrate, and also after listening to the humble petition of the chairman of the Provincial Council - the respected proconsul Titus Flavius Severus, who petitioned for the abolition of the boycott, and the adoption of urgent measures to overcome the crisis situation in the Roman Republic, ruled:
1. Limit the current boycott by allowing all activities to those citizens of Sarmatia Magna who occupy any type of elected or appointed administrative or advisory (auxiliary) posts in the Roman Republic.
2. Remind citizens of the Roman Republic that only Sarmatia Magna in the hour of need and crisis came to the aid of the Republic of Rome, despite the fact that the interests of Sarmatia Magna were infringed upon by the violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Sarmatia Magna.
3. Remind the Government of the Roman Republic that only the representatives of Sarmatia Magna have not forgotten about their duty, сommitments and responsibilities that the Roman people assigned to them, while no one else has wished to do so, which emphasizes the importance, activity and greatness of Sarmatia Magna, makes Our God-chosen province is the mainstay of the Roman Republic.
4. At the hour when evil tongues and insinuations again slander Sarmatia Magna, or one of its sons and daughters, remember the key role we played in saving the Roman Republic, while all the others hid, kept silent and indifferently watched the decline, forgetting about his civic and long-term debt.
5. Remind the Roman Republic that the Honorable Provincial Council of Sarmatia Magna does not abolish the boycott, but limits it to the extent necessary for the salvation of the Roman Republic, and therefore we expect and insist on the fulfillment of our legitimate and justified demands.
Ave Sarmatia Magna!
