EDICTUM CENSORUM: On the appointment of Rogator Suffectus

P. Iunius Brutus omnibus in foro S.P.D.

a. All Quaestores have the investment of the role of Rogator Suffectus from the Censores if;

I. Consenting to this appointment publicly
II. Requested to assume this role by a presiding magistrate of an assembly

b. These appointments are to last for the duration of the assembly meeting for which the rogator is required.

c. A more senior magistrate may veto this appointment ad hoc.

d. This edict is effective immediately.

L. Livius Seneca quaest. cons. L. Aurelio Curioni cos, P. Sextio Laevo trib., et omnibus Quiritibus s.p.d.

I, Lucius Livius Seneca, quaestor consularis, hereby accept the request put to me by L. Aurelius Curio, consul minor, to serve as rogator suffectus for the voting taking place during the fourth session of the Comitia Tributa.

I furthermore accept the request put to me by P. Sextius Laevus, tribunus plebis, to serve as rogator suffectus for the voting taking place during the fourth session of the Concilium Plebis.
