Fora for Provinces?

Salvete omines!

Has there ever been discussion on adding fora for Provinces? If not, perhaps that would be a beneficial thing to add? If so, what was the obstacle? I'm looking to try and get things somewhat more organized here in Missuria, but it occurs to me that having a space for folks to have group discussions/announcements would be preferable to me shooting the occasional PM to folks.

Curio Sal.

The best option, if you wish your province to have a forum for communication, is to submit an application for a Collegium. They are the only ones authorized to hold a forum slot currently. After your Collegium would be approved, you then request a subforum for your collegium/ province.

I'll consider this. Thank you!

That said, this feels a bit like a kludge, jamming an unlike thing into a particular box in order to do something desirable. Do you know the rationale behind this? Is there a practical limitation on forum slots built into the software we use, or is this simply a matter of current policy?

Greetings. Sarmatia has own collegium but we still have not forum. We only province with collegia, why we not have a subforum?

Catule, I can't say for the reasoning behind it, I'm afraid. I think it may be so we're not swimming in subfora? I don't know for certain though.

Crasse, have you reached out to the Aranearius and requested a subforum? If not, I suggest you take this next step. If you have, I will speak to him on behalf of the Sarmatians to get this rolling for you.
