L. CURTIUS PHILO COS. OMNIBUS IN FORO S.P.D.

As consul I hereby issue the following edict.

The fourth session of the Comitia Centuriara, presided over by Consul L. Aurelius Curio is hereby void. This meeting closed ballots two days earlier than declared and therefore failed to follow proper protocol as defined in LEX CURIATORUM: On the procedure for calling, attending and closing assemblies of the Roman People.

If anyone disputes this claim they may petition for a hearing by the Praetores. This edict may be rendered void by a majority vote of the Senate.

No decisions are rendered by session IV of the Comitia Centuriata.

Any future decisions will need to be decided by a new session of the Comitia Centuriata with new auspices and a new discussion period.

This edict takes effect immediately and expires upon the calling of a new session of the Comitia Centuriata.
