EDICTUM CONSULUM: Exceptional Bylaw Regulations

I. This edict acts in conjuction with EDICTUM CONSULUM: Establishing Co-Leadership for Collegia, and as such is in accordance with LEX CURIATORUM: On the creation and regulation of Collegium and Societas. This edict supersedes any Collegium bylaw as stated in the bylaws of the Roman Republic.

II. All bylaws of Collegia can now update their bylaws with a majority of voting members (as will be determined in this Edict). This majority is 50% of members of that Collegium.

III. As per this edict, voting members constitutes any Roman Republic citizen who is a member of the Collegium voting for bylaw change and has Optimo Iure status. Any votes from individuals who do not meet both requirements will be disregarded.

IV. Any and all time delays are null and void until this edict expires or is removed.

V. This edict takes effect immediately and is enforced until the end of the Consular term or removed by a Consul or higher body as per the bylaws. This edict may be renewed next Consular term.

Curio Sal.

I would like to point out bylaw changes are nothe mandatory. This edict is simply to allow people to change their bylaws easier for smoother operation of the collegia.

I do however recommend everyone to update their bylaws to reflect the Co-Leadership Edict in the near future. Again, not a requirement but a suggestion.

Valete Bene!

By order of CONSUL L. Aurelius Curio, this Edictum is vetoed in compliance with the Edictum Censorium of T. Flavius Severus Censor (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1967).

If any collegia wish to have any edict issued to help them sort out their bylaws problems, please contact Consul Curio or myself.
