Salvete Omnes!

I would like to first start off by introducing myself. My name is Lucius Aurelius Curio, and I am the co-founder of this collegium with Gaia Cassia Longina. We founded it with the idea in mind of educating the general public on Roman Law of antiquity. This will serve a very firm and noble purpose as we move onto a more physically based community in the future.

I drafted this topic so as to gauge where everyone stands. So if everyone would like to introduce themselves by telling a little about your background, and what kind of experience and education you have so far in this topic, it'd be greatly appreciated. :)

I am new to the topic of Roman Law, but it is a topic that greatly interests me. For without laws and guidelines, there is no order. Being new to this, the extent of my education into this topic is what I have read here and there, specifically the Twelve Tables. I helped draft a lex proposal with our Praetor Gaius Atius Victor, regarding inheritance law of denarii in our Republic.

I look forward to hearing from everyone!

Di vos incolumes custodiant!

Salvete Omnes et Salve Aureli!
I'm C. Atius Victor and I'm the Praetor Urbanus of the Republic as Aurelius said lol. I'm an International Relations student from Brazil. I am also a strong believer of ethical guidelines to help guide people to a positive lifestyle and I think it is always important to be around people that have these guidelines firmly in mind. I hope to learn more about the roman legal system here and I think it'll be great. Nice meeting you all ^^
